The photograph above looks across West Princes Street Gardens to Ramsay Garden, other buildings near the top of The Mound, and the high steeple of The Hub. The tractor and trailer brought a little colour to this scene that was, otherwise, almost monochrome. This photo was taken on November 30, 2010, following the first heavy snow fall of the winter. It is unusual to see much snow in Edinburgh at this time of year. |
