Princes Street Gardens This photo was taken from the path running along the top of Princes Street Gardens, beside the Royal Scottish Academy, looking NE across the gardens towards The Scott Monument and The Balmoral Hotel. The Edinburgh Wheel had just been dismantled and the stalls in the upper gardens beside The Scott Monument were being taken down when I took this photo, a couple of days ago. It was taken during a brief shower, following a fine spell of weather. It has been a mild winter in Edinburgh - so far! |
