July 2006 Here is the west side of Rex Launderette, facing onto Wauchope Avenue. When this photo was taken, the street sign was still in place, as were others in the area, but these were all soon to be taken down and sold at auction to former residents and others. Some of the residents continued to live in the un-named streets for about another year! |
