The State Cinema

The State Cinema, on the east side of Great Junction Street, was situated beside the bridge over the Water of Leith.  It can be seen in the upper-left corner of this photo.

This photo was taken from Largo Place beside the north bank of the Water of Leith.

The cars parked beside the tenement in the upper-right corner of this photo are in Ballantyne Road.
