Clovenstone Terminus  -  Routes 3 and 3A

The Terminus

Clovenstone lies to the NE of Wester Hailes, close to Kingsknowe golf course and the Edinburgh bypass, about five miles SW of the center of Edinburgh.

This view looks to the south towards the buses standing at the Clovenstone terminus as a man passes by, using a measuring wheel painted to match the bus roofs!  Measuring wheels are (used by surveyors to measure distance.

The Buses

The buses here have route branding for Routes 3 and 3A - harlequin livery and yellow roof.  They carry the logo:

"Club Class - across the city and midlothian"

The buses in this photo are:

-  No 709 on Route 3A to Gorebridge

-  No 710 on Route 3 to Mayfield
