Clovenstone lies to the NE of Wester Hailes, close to Kingsknowe golf course and the Edinburgh bypass, about five miles SW of the center of Edinburgh. This view looks to the NW towards the bus standing at the Clovenstone terminus |

The terminus is a long stretch of empty road, able to accommodate several buses. Here is a single-decker bus waiting at the terminus. The bus has its route painted on the orange strip above the windows. |
