Charlotte Square

This scene looks almost rural, yet it is in the centre of the Edinburgh, only a few yards from the West End of Princes Street.

The view is looking to the west across Charlotte Square towards St George's Church.  The row of buildings on the right now includes the National Trust's Offices for Scotland, and their Georgian House, furnished in the style of the early 19th century.
