Since this photo was taken, there have been some major developments in the docks, including building: - The Scottish Office for the Scottish Executive on the site at the extreme upper right corner of this picture beside Victoria Dock - Ocean Drive, a new road through the docks, passing on the northern side of Victoria Dock. |
