Kyle of Lochalsh station is on the west coast of Scotland, across a short stretch of water from Skye. This view looks towards the station from the north on a quiet Sunday morning. The train has spent the night at Kyle of Lochalsh station and the doors have not yet been opened for its 82 mile journey across Scotland to Inverness.
