Looking North

This view looks to the north from Bernard Street Bridge, Leith, towards:

-  Sandport, on the left bank of the Water of Leith

-  Tower Place, new apartments

-  The Shore, on the right bank of the Water of Leith

My shadow, and the shadows of a van and two others pedestrians crossing Bernard Street Bridge can be seen on the ice.

There are three barges and a ship (now converted to a restaurant, Ristorante De Niro) moored at the Shore.

Sandport

Here is another view, looking to the north.  This photo, below, was taken on the same day, from Sandport, a few yards to the left (west) of Bernard Street Bridge.
