EPS Council Members in the Photograph This photograph of almost all Members of the EPS Council of 1903 was taken by Frank Pelham Moffat and printed in bromide by JF Duthie. It was reproduced on the Menu of the EPS Annual Dinner, held on 18 November 1903 FP Moffat, himself, appears at the extreme right hand side of the photograph. All EPS Council members except James Patrick, RS Webster, JW Crear and the Hon Presidents signed the menu. One of these appears on the back row, 4th from left. Which one? Guests at the dinner received copies of the menu. The EPS Secretary was instructed send copies to Photography and to The Amateur Photographers that these papers might reproduce it. It was also agreed that two dozen copies of the menu card be printed and sold at one shilling each. [Minutes of EPS Council Meeting 19 Nov 1903] |
