I apologise to anybody who has been waiting a long time for an email response from me. - On 31 December 2015, I still had 592 emails to reply to. - On 9 January 2016 (after returning from a short holiday in Barcelona) I had 630 emails to reply to. - It's now midnight on 10 January 2015, and I've begun to catch up again.
