Valentine & Sons Valentine & Sons Ltd were better known for their postcards, but they also published a number of other items including small books, many published in the early-1900s Here is one of their 'Book Toys'. The 'Book Toy' Thank you to Neil Pitts for allowing me to reproduce these photos of his 'Book Toy'. Neil wrote "This book was given to Eric, the father of my father-in-law by his father who was on leave from the war in 1916. It looks like it was published in December 1916.
