Valentine & Sons Ltd were better known for their postcards, but they also published a number of other items including small books in the early 1900s, and some 'book toys' possibly published around the 1930s.  Here is one of them.

-  The title is 'Tipperary Tommy'.

-  It is No. B319 in the 'Dolly Series'.

- The cover is a soldier in uniform.  His head moves from side to side."
