Prefab Bungalow This view looks to the west towards one of the remaining prefab bungalows in Craigour Avenue. This bungalow is No 19, Craigour Avenue. I was surprised to find several of these 1940s bungalows still in use when I visited the area in January 2008, and even more surprised to find one with a palm tree in the garden. In the background are tower blocks on high ground at Moredun View. They are, left to right: - Moncreiff House. - Forteviot House. |
