Prefab Bungalows

Here are two prefab bungalows erected in the 1940s have survived amongst the more modern houses in Craigour Drive.

The bungalow near the centre of the picture, 70 Craigour Drive, has retained several of its original features, including the windows.

The bungalow on the right (only partly included in the picture) is also a prefab, but it has been modernised.

Look  beyond the bungalow

Here we step back and take a look beyond the bungalows to Craigmillar Castle on the hill behind.
