This cyclist reaches the end of the road as he approaches the entrance to Western Breakwater at Granton Harbour in September 2002. A couple of years later, in June 2004 this had become one of the entrances for construction traffic entering the harbour to carry out landscaping and reclamation work in Western Harbour. |
