Thank you to Michael Green who wrote: "This is an open-top converted cable tram, so the photo will have been taken in the early-1920s. Cable trams operated until 1920-22, except: - in Leith (Leith Corporation) and - on the Slateford route (Edinburgh Corporation). Michael Green: August 17, 2010 |
