The View This view looks to the ENE from Granton Road towards the Firth of Forth and Platinum Point and other new apartments built recently at Leith Western Harbour. The colourful flowers in the foreground are in the north-facing back gardens behind the houses in Lower Granton Road tha can be seen running across the centre of the photo. Wardie Hotel is centre-right in the photo, in front of the trees. This is also now (in 2008) being developed as housing. |
