Looking to the SE This photo was taken looking to the across Market Street towards: - Police Box, in the lower-left corner of the photo, on the north side of Market Street, at the SE corner of Princes Street Gardens - one of several old Police Boxes that can still be found in the streets of Edinburgh. - Balmoral Hotel, formerly the North British Railway Hotel, with its clock tower, at the east end of Princes Street. - Waverley Station. The station roof can be seen in front of the Balmoral Hotel. - Lothian Buses' travel shop, for timetables, tickets and information, on the corner of Waverley Bridge and Market Street |
