Drawn on Sunday 7 July, 2013,  the day after he won the Wimbledon Championship

"I don't play any tournament to come second best."  Andy Murray

Andy Murray defeated Novak Djokovic to become the first British Player to win the Men's Singles title
at Wimbledon since Fred Perry in 1936, and the first Scot to win the title since Harold Mahony in 1896.

The Artist

The artist, Oscar Ibanet, tells me that he lives in Edinburgh, and that the two pictures above are the only ones that he has drawn on the Edinburgh pavements so far this year, but he plans to draw more during the Edinburgh Festival and Fringe in August 2013
