Festival Cavalcade
The
Edinburgh Festival Cavalcade was held to mark the start of the Edinburgh
Festival on the afternoon of 3 August 2003.
The parade processed
across Waverley Bridge, then travelled to the west along Princes Street
past the Scott Monument (above) and the
National Gallery at the foot of
the Mound.
