The Meadows Festival has been held annually since 1975.  This year's festival, to be held on 4-5 June 2005.

The Meadows, formerly the Burgh Loch, lie to the south of the Old Town of Edinburgh, at the bottom of the map below.  Please click on the map below to enlarge it.

Entertainment

This year the organisers hope to include a wider variety of music, with two stages.  there will also be:

- a fairground and bric-a-brac stalls.

- a book tent, poetry readings and a travelling art gallery.

- an assault course, paintball ring birds of prey and five-a-side football.

UPDATE

2008

Following a two-year gap (2006, 2007) the Meadows Festival returns in 2008.
