Developments
This photograph is taken from beside Chancelot Flour Mill on
the southern shore of Leith Western Harbour.
This view looks to the north towards the northern edge of Leith
Western Harbour where the land has been reclaimed.
Four large apartments blocks are being built. They are, from
west to east.
- 'Platinum Point' - phase 1 -
now (2005) partially occupied
- 'Platinum Point' - phase 2 -
development to begin, possibly 2007
- 'Bryant at Western Harbour' -
apartments for sale (£199,000 to £1.2m)
- 'The Element' - apartments for sale
The last two of these can be seen in the distance in the
photograph above.
Much of Leith Western Harbour is being infilled to create
room for more apartments and a public park. |
