Here is a length of the shore of the Firth of Forth close to Caroline Park, a short distance to the west of Granton Harbour. West Shore Road is just out of this picture, running along the Firth of Forth. A couple of lamp posts on West Shore Road can be seen in the top-left corner of this picture. West Shore Road is part of the route of the Edinburgh Marathon. In the centre of this picture, beyond the rocks in the water, Cramond Island can be seen. There is a causeway between Cramond and Cramond Island that can be used close to low tide. |
