2. Thank you also to Maureen Mitchell (née Graham), on the bottom row of the picture, for providing more names - those coloured red in the list above, including her brother at the bottom right corner. |
3. Thank you to Sheila Cull (née Clark), born at 50 Dumbiedykes Road in 1940, who emigrated to Australia in 1965, for providing the names coloured blue on the list. |
4. Thank you to Liz Sproat (née Bell), Duddingston/Portobello, Edinburgh, whose family lived at 50 Dumbiedykes Road , for providing the names coloured green on the list. Liz (No 33) has an older sister (No 3) and a younger brother (No 40). Liz tells me:
- No 36 is Alison Fraser who lived at 42 Dumbiedykes. - No 30 is one of the Amos boys who lived on the Big Green, possibly Thomas.
