St Leonard's Lane

James Clark School

These views look to the east along St Leonard's Lane.  Salisbury Crags in Holyrood Park are in the background, high above the tenements.

Behind the high wall and fence on the left hand side of the street in the middle-distance is the former James Clark School, now converted to housing.

The Engine Shed

The former engine shed in St Leonard's sidings, is through the gateposts on the right-hand side of the street, seen in the 2008 photo.
