TOP: Princes Street runs across the top of this picture.

CENTRE:  Below Princes Street, to the south, are the Royal Scottish Academy and the National Galleries of Scotland - the two buildings with the light roofs.  The Mound winds up the hill beside these galleries.

BOTTOM LEFT -  with a distinctive shadow cast to the north:
The Assembly Hall of the Church of Scotland - now being used to house the Scottish Parliament until its own building is constructed at Holyrood, about a mile to the East.

BOTTOM RIGHT  -  also casting a dark shadow to the north:
The Free Church of Scotland Halls.  It is here that the HO Hill's Disruption painting hangs.  Keep zooming in for further details.
