The
English Lakes
The
club room was packed and Mr Keighley’s beautiful talk will never be
forgotten. His
hand-coloured slides of England’s Lakes will live as a memory to all. His exquisite colouring was created only by him;
indeed a true artist. What
a wonderful evening, and our dear old man [William Cooke]
took the chair in a very excellent and clever way. [EPC
record of the Meeting:: notebook - 3/1927]
