The Phoenix
Group was started, around 2003, by Sandy Cleland FRPS,
to give EPS Members the opportunity to discuss their work and to encourage
Members to participate in external competitions.
Meetings are
held about once or twice a month, starting around 9.30pm, after the EPS
Wednesday Meeting has ended. They are usually held on evenings when
the EPS Wednesday Meeting consists of a Slide or Print competition.
The Phoenix
Group has been successful in significantly increasing the level of
submission to external exhibitions, some of the entries gaining awards. |
