The journal 'The Photogram', in a brief biography
of HP Robinson, in 1895, wrote:
"For many years, he practically
dominated the Photographic Society of Great Britain, and now is one of the
leaders of the 'Linked Ring'."
[The Photogram, March 1895, p.81]
Over a period of about 40 years, from
the mid-1850s, HP Robinson was a regular contributor to
Photographic Exhibitions throughout Britain. He was awarded many
medals.
