The total number of sessions in October
(144,781) was 33% higher than in Sept 04.
The total number of pages viewed (494,691) was
45% higher than in Sept 04.
The increase seems to be due in part to more
references from the Yahoo search engine and more visitors from the USA.

2.
The 'Top 20' list remained fairly stable again
this month. Only 2 pages retained their exact position from last month,
but most of the others only moved up or down the table by one or two positions.
3. There seems to have been some
automatic requests for the 'Guest Book' and 'Edinburgh Old Town Fire' pages.
This has placed them higher in the table than they would otherwise be.
4. Now, just outside the 'Top 20' are
pages covering GuestBook 2002, Postcards, Edinburgh Today, Edinburgh Transport,
What's New? and Daguerre.'
