1. The
total number of sessions during October 2006 was 588,200, an increase of 7% on
September 2006.
The total number of pages viewed during
October 2006 was 962,153, an increase of 7% on September 2006.
The number of sessions and number of pages
viewed have increased each month for the past six months. Almost a million pages
were viewed last month. Will this reach a million soon?
It may take a few months to reach this level.
November will be a shorter month (25 hours shorter than October) and viewing
figures tend to be down each December, around Christmas.
2. Again there has been very little
change in the 'Top 20' pages over the past month. Maps are still featuring
prominently in the 'Top 20' places, but less so in positions 21 to 30.
The map pages most viewed in recent months
have been those for 'The World' and for 'Europe'. Perhaps, some day, more
people will find the 'Old
Edinburgh Map' pages that I recently added to the web site.
