Top 40 Pages
There have been lots of
changes in positions in the 'Top 40' this month. What a contrast this is to
last month's
results which saw no changes in any of the top 10 positions!
2. Sessions and Pages Viewed
There were:
- 485,585 sessions viewed
in November (30% higher than October).
- 684,213
pages viewed in November (15% lower than October).
The number of sessions viewed
increased significantly despite a fall in the number of pages viewed. The
stats for November showed that 54% of session viewed no pages. In previous
months, this figure has been in the range 25% to 45% but steadily increasing
over the years.
I don't know why so many
sessions have had no pages, or why the proportion of people viewing no pages has
been increasing. The response times for the site seem to be quick, so I
would not expect many people to be 'timed out' before the first page they
attempted to view appeared. |
