April 2005 Results

1. The total number of sessions in April was 178,371.  This was 9% higher than the previous month.

The total number of pages viewed in April was 576,074.  This was 22% higher than the previous month.

2.  I assume that the high ranking of the 'map' pages above is due to them appearing on the first page of the 'Google Images' display for search terms such as 'Map of Europe'. 

However, despite the high ranking of some of these pages,  'maps' still appear to account for only a relatively small proportion of the pages viewed on this site.
