This Open Exhibition was open from 11am until 90pm from 7 February until 21 February 1931at the EPS Premises, 16 Royal Terrace.  Admission was FREE.  Catalogues cost 6d.  

142 pictures from 58 exhibitors.  These included:

Many of the pictures were for sale at prices from 4/- to 3 gns.

There were also 5 sets of Monochrome Lantern Slides and 7 sets of Colour process transparencies. (Monochrome)  (5 sets)
