Admission to the EPS International Exhibition 2011 also includes admission to an exhibition of prints from the Royal Photographic Society's Visual Arts Group, currently on show in the basement of the same premises, at 68 Great King Street.

The selectors for the 2011 Exhibition were:

Entries

The number of prints received for the 2010 exhibition was 2,019.

There were

   -    874 mono prints
   -  1145 colour prints
   -   from 41 countries

From this entry, 202 prints (10%) were selected to be hung in the exhibition.  They were:

   -     68 mono prints
   -   134 colour prints.

-      4 prints were submitted from China (  0 accepted) for the 2009 Exhibition.

-    64 prints were submitted from China (  1 accepted) for the 2010 Exhibition.

-  168 prints were submitted from China (15 accepted) for the 2011 Exhibition.

FIAP Gold Medals

Three FIAP Gold Medals were awarded, one by each of the Selectors:

Glyn Edmunds awarded a FIAP Gold Medal to Louise Hill LRPS, DPAGB England, for a print entitled Dark Angel.

Barbie Lindsay awarded a FIAP Gold Medal to Jim Baxter AFIAP DPAGB, Wales for a print entitled East Wind.

Russell Lindsay awarded a FIAP Gold Medal to to Raul Villalba, Argentina  for a print entitled The Last Bird.

RPS Gold Medals

Three RPS Gold Medals were awarded, one by each of the Selectors:

Glyn Edmunds awarded a RPS Gold Medal to Rickie O'Neill FRPS, MPAGB Scotland, for a print entitled Amazon.

Barbie Lindsay awarded a RPS Gold Medal to Hunter Kennedy EFIAP MPAGB, Scotland for a print entitled The Outsider.

Russell Lindsay awarded a RPS Gold Medal to to Judy Boyle, N Ireland  for a print entitled The Trainee Nuns.

FIAP Ribbons

FIAP Ribbons were awarded to:

Leonid Goldin AFIAP, Israel, for a print entitled Mushrooms - 1.

Jenny Hibbert  MPAGB, Wales, for print entitled Snow Leopard in Heavy Snow.

Roy O Elwood FRPS, EFIAP, England, for a print entitled Exposed.

Chris Palmer ARPS AFIAP, England for a print entitled Icelandic Pony.

Raul Villalba, Argentina, for a print entitled Games of Children.

Brian Hopper  ARPS AFIAP, Ireland, for a print entitled Sweet Dreams.

Edinburgh Medal

The Edinburgh Medal for the best print from an EPS Member was awarded to Karen Berry ARPS, AFIAP for his print entitled Woops!
